Samantha Frontera is a media expert with several years in broadcast journalism and public relations, and has traveled the Midwest working as a local television reporter, anchor and producer.
She has worn various hats in the media and marketing industry, allowing her to become an excellent communicator and storyteller. Her public relations experience has given her extensive experience within the B2B and B2C verticals, both on a local and national level. She is very excited about launching Startup Chicago and cannot wait to see how the Chicago market receives it.

Chicago. She realized the need for a Chicago based business show to highlight entrepreneurs and local business owners can’t wait to share their stories.
Beejal Patel has spent 15 years reporting on general news and business news across the U.S. She graduated from the University of Missouri with degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science.
She has previous experience as a producer/anchor at First Business Chicago at WCIU-TV, Bloomberg Business, and several other television stations as a producer/reporter/anchor.
Beejal is looking forward to showcasing the hard work and ingenuity of Chicago area entrepreneurs and hopes Startup Chicago is successful in connecting people with jobs in their communities.
Sandra Guy is a writer for the Chicago Sun-Times. Her expertise lies in technology, business, healthcare and science coverage.
Sandra is also an adjunct professor at DePaul University for the journalism program. She is an award-winning journalist and is excited to share her experience with Startup Chicago.
Sandra is known for the Sunday Sitdown column, and will be doing sit-down interviews with local entrepreneurs for Startup Chicago. Sandra receives hundreds of pitches a day from local publicists and is excited to give the best stories the coverage they deserve.
Fritz Golman has worn many hats in television and is an expert in all things media. He currently is the Director of the Museum of Broadcast Communications and also a savvy business reporter for Business First AM on WYCC-TV in Chicago.
He has over twenty years of experience as a manager in media and understands the full scope of being a producer, director, and reporter, down to understanding the importance of the traffic department at a television station.
He is very excited to become a contributor and reporter for Start Up Chicago and lend his experience to the world of business television. Fritz is very well-known in the heart of Chicago and will be a wonderful addition to the show.
